Dominique Madison is set to star in her directoral debut and is looking for actors and actresses to fill the roles of the rest of her cast! Sire is the heart-breaking tale of young Desiree Morgan, a former aspiring actress who's turned to drugs and self harm to fill the void caused by loneliness. This screenplay requires serious actors ages 18 and above. Auditions for roles will be held December 10th for filming that is expected to start in early January. Actors must be available after December 15th and until further notice for read throughs and rehershals, costume fittings, photoshoots and other necessary appointments in relation to the film that may be called in advance or on short notice. These auditions will be in the Terrance room at Cali's Dance Studio in **. One year ago, Desiree Jema Morgan was a normal 18 year old girl. She and her sister had just had the biggest birthday bash two girls could imagine and she was happily rehearsing for the newest stage play her school was putting on. She had found the guy of her dreams, and they were slowly forming a relationship. But now, a year later, things had made a complete turnaround for her. The girl who used to be happy and free-spirited was spiraling into a deep depression. The family that she used to be close with seemed be pulling farther and farther away. With their own projects to occupy their time, they no longer had much to spend with Desiree, who had nothing at all going on. Nor did the boy who had once captured her heart have time or will to spend with her. To keep that secret from being revealed and her family and friend from facing any guilt that they might, Desiree opted to spend her nights out of the house, looking busy. Telling her family that she was off doing this or that, Desiree was actually doing nothing more than roaming around a park or a Target store with ear buds pressed firmly into her ears. The depression and loneliness took an outrageous turn when Desiree picked up two bad habits: cutting and heroin. Both were only occasionally done when the loneliness was at its worst. Neither seemed to take a dangerous turn until two months later when Desiree woke up in a hospital bed after being brutally beaten and raped by her drug dealer. Not only did she wake up to remember the torturous event, but she woke up to a father who had found the razorblade scars. With more to be depressed about, the next four months didn’t get any better for Desiree. The will to cut took over her, only since she knew that her father would be watching, she had to get creative and find someone else to replace it and when the opportunity arose, she chose the worst possible thing she could have chosen – sleeping with her rapist. Over and over again, every time she wanted to inflict self harm, she ran to him. Whatever he wanted to do, she let him do. In return, she was given all of the heroin she wanted and she took advantage of enough to turn herself into an addict. During the day, she was Desiree Morgan…amazingly talented aspiring actress, daughter of ** Morgan…acting like a normal rockstar’s daughter. But at night, she was Sire…the depressed, lonely self harm inflicting drug addict, with only a rapist drug dealer to watch over her.

Will the angels that can save her soul find out about the double life she is leading before she disappears into the night with the devil himself? Or will he lead her into hell to serve as his personal servant for the last of her remaining days?

CHARACTER OPENINGS AND PROFILES
Desiree Jema Morgan (Sire) [lead] - Desiree is the daughter of 80s rock icon Daniel "Jagger" Morgan, twin sister to Delilah Jade and older sister to Dayton Jace. Before her world spiraled out of control, she was a free-spirited and happy young girl. She was always laughing, joking, and doing whatever it took to entertain herself and the people around her. These days she's quiet, isolated, and spends her nights in her "boyfriend's" apartment or at whatever club he allows her to hang out in. She's severely addicted to herion and self harm, her method of which includes sleeping with her boyfriend (her drug dealer and rapist.) Role taken by Dominique Madison.

Kale Treatson [lead] - Kale is the drug dealer, rapist and eventual boyfriend to Desiree Morgan. Kale is a souless and cold young man. After having come from a broken home where the only people that cared about him were his older drug dealing brothers, he followed in their footsteps in an effort to support himself. Learning quickly that life on the street wasn't all that it was cracked up to be, he formed a cold heart which was only slightly warmed long after he met Desiree as he watched as her health, mind, and soul deteriate at a rapid pace. His self moto is "Take what you want, when you want it. Do whatever you have too to get it." Role Open Physical Appeareance: Mid 20s. Dark, Handsome and Mysterious. Preferably brunette with blue or dark brown eyes. Muscular and toned. A Shane West Type.

Daniel "Jagger" Morgan [lead] - Daniel is an 80s rock icon working hard to form a comeback. For most of his daughters' lives, his family has been composed, happy, and very close knit. After his daughter's turned 18, he thrust himself further into making his album the best possible, not knowing that the lack of attention that he was giving to his daughter was starting to take a toll on her. When he does find out, he does the only thing he knows to do...give her some tough love, hoping that it will help her, but deep in his soul knowing that it won't. Role Open Physical Appearance: Late 40s to early 50s. Dirty Blonde Hair with blue eyes and the "rock star" look. Tough, but cool. A Jon Bon Jovi Type

Delilah Jade Morgan [sub] - Delilah is the twin sister to Desiree. She is older by four minutes, the natural beauty of the two as well as an aspiring fashion designer. The two are best friends and though they have their own lives, they did spend a lot of time together until Delilah won an internship with a local designer. Since then, she's been constantly busy and much like her father, has had a lot less time to spend with her sister. In a sense, she knew before anyone else that something was wrong with her sister, however, she let her sister's acting skills fool her when she believed that her sister was fine after hearing her say so. Role Open Physical Apperance: 19. At least 5'7, long blonde hair with blue eyes and the natural beauty/fashionista look. A young Reese Witherspoon Type.
